Client Experience Coordinator

Four Seasons Wealth Management is seeking an energetic, diligent and creative individual to join our team!

The Client Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact. The coordinator will make sure the office runs efficiently and in compliance with company policies. You are expected to welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You also direct front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and directing phone calls.

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or other relevant role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook
  • Tech savvy with the desire and ability to learn new technologies

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
