Our partner, Investor’s Resource is seeking a Relationship Manager for their growing firm. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled financial professional with quantifiable success operating on an independent platform through advisory and broker/dealer custodians. You will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and developing relationships with prospects.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment with a willingness to learn and grow as part of a financial team. Position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Constructing financial plans
  • Communicating investment advice based on recommendations of advisor
  • Work with lead advisor to serve client needs and complete tasks related to their financial plans, email requests, tasks, and progress meetings
  • Execute trades for client requested funds or ongoing contributions and withdrawals for advisory accounts, 529’s, and variable annuities
  • Research client and advisor questions in planning and investments
  • Provide efficient and timely customer service to all of our clients
  • Act as primary wholesaler contact for the team
  • Assist in quarterly model trading
  • Assist Investment Committee with 529 and variable annuity due diligence
  • Track implementation of the planning process for clients
  • Perform follow up and process new business; service existing client relationships
  • Conducting client meetings, when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Planning field
  • Series 7/66 Securities Licenses, Life and Health (Required)
  • CFP (preferred or currently pursuing)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRMs, financial planning software, and e-signatures
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be a self-starter
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel
  • Willingness and desire to learn new systems
